Class Registration -

To register online: In the form below, highlight the class of your choice, fill out all required fields, then click on the SUBMIT button. For your convenience, you may then pay online via Paypal or mail a check payable to Dogs in Progress to P.O. Box 592, Woodinville, WA 98072. Payment is due within 5 days of registration to hold your space in the class.

To register by mail: Click here to download the PDF registration form. Mail completed registration form and check for payment in full to Dogs in Progress, P.O. Box 592, Woodinville, WA 98072. Make checks payable to Dogs in Progress.

Things to remember:

Class fees are not refundable, transferable or prorated.
Payment is due within 5 days of registration to hold your space.
Only receipt of payment assures your reservation for class.
All payments must be received prior to the start of class.
Dogs must be current on the DHPP, Bordetella, and Rabies vaccines prior to the start of class.
Copies of veterinary records showing your dog current on all required vaccines must be brought to the first night of class or faxed ahead of time to 425-491-7474.
